How to Set or Change your Password

Each user can set or update their password directly from their account settings while logged in.

Go to Settings

1. Log in to your ProcessMaster account.

On Desktop

1. Click the user icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

2. Select Settings.

On Mobile

1. Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner.

2. Select Settings.

Change Your Password

Once you’re in Settings, you’ll be taken to the Change Password screen.

1. Enter your new password.

2. Confirm your new password.

3. Click Update Password to save your changes.

Your password will be updated immediately - no need to re-enter your old password if you’re already signed in.
